Terms of use.

The Art Crate, LLC retains all rights to all artwork I, Kristen Alice, create, including those of sold and commissioned original paintings and drawings to you, the collector. Additionally, I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. Purchasing rights is in addition to purchasing the original.

The collector is prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any way without the written permission of The Art Crate, LLC. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media publication, credit is required to be given.

The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business, but the artwork is prohibited from resale or reproduction for profit without written permission from The Art Crate, LLC.
