What is your shipping policy?

Orders from my online store are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. You will then receive another email notification once your order has shipped. I try my best to get orders out before the allotted 3-5 business days, but I am an individually owned business that prides myself in delivering the best products and service to my customers!

Can I return my purchase?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns. If you experience issues with your order or products, please contact me immediately so we can work together to create a solution!

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order from my online shop, please let me know immediately. If an order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel.

Will my artwork be protected?

Yes! All artwork is protected with a UV protectant to promote the longevity of your piece.

Do you offer custom artwork?

Yes! Please order through the commission page.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Please contact me at kristen@kristenaliceart.com, or fill out the form, to inquire about custom artwork. This is a great option for those who are decorating large spaces!

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

Currently, I only sell online; however, I attend several arts and craft shows throughout the year. Make sure to be on the lookout for announcements!
